Site speed limit strictly 5 mph Maximum. NO Commercial Vehicles. No electric scooters.

Our check in is from 2pm until 8pm, unless by prior arrangement.

We respectfully ask all guests leave site by 12:00 Noon. Leaving their pitch as they would hope to find it.

Tents are charged at touring caravan rate (max 6man tent). Small backpacker tent £15.00 on foot or bike ( £17.50 with car)

Extra person £2.50/night. No more than 6 persons in one unit (Caravan, Motorhome Campervan or Tent)

Behaviour of ALL should be appropriate and respectful of other guests and members of staff. If we feel your behaviour is in any way illegal, offensive, violent, disruptive, or inappropriate then you will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund of monies will be made. You will be responsible for any damage or breakages occurring to our site during the period of your stay.

Visitors by prior arrangement and at the
management’s discretion. Please sign in, leave
vehicle registration number and payment at
reception. All visitor cars must remain in the car park
at all times. Visitor hours 10am – 8pm.

Day Visitors: £4 per Adult, £3 per child, £3 per car. £15 per family group. Max one family visiting (2 adults, 3 children and 1 car). Visitor hours 10am – 8pm. Please book at reception prior to your guest arriving. All visitor cars must remain in the car parking area. Visitors may need to park in overflow car park.

Dogs one per pitch (£2 extra dog). Well behaved dogs under adult supervision only. Dogs must be kept on a strong short lead or tether and not allowed to roam freely. Long lines are not allowed. All dog poo MUST be cleared up immediately and disposed of responsibly.

Quiet Site: Quiet please between 10pm and
7am or you will be asked to leave. Vehicles must not
be started or moved within this period unless in cases
of emergency.

Barbecues allowed but must be off the ground.

NO FIRES OR FIRE PITS ALLOWED
NO WOOD BURNING. Barbecue briquettes, barbecue buckets. Charcoal and gas barbecues allowed for cooking but must be raised well off the ground making sure not to burn the grass.

No Climbing fences, gates, walls or farm equipment – Children Must be supervised by an adult at all times, including using the toilet facilities. No Paddling Pools or Water Bombs, etc. STAND PIPES ARE FOR DRINKING WATER ONLY.

Bins. Please place waste in the bins provided. We will not accept broken camping or caravanning equipment, i.e. no broken tents, chairs, air beds, BBQs, etc, etc.

NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES. The nearest charging station is Morrisons Kingway Rochdale.

Please note: No washing of caravans, motorhomes or tents. Also no tent waterproofing.

We reserve the right to restrict vehicle access to grassed areas in worsening ground conditions.
